Jeff received a PhD from the MIT/WHOI Joint Program in Oceanographic Engineering and has published research in underwater imaging, navigation, perception, and autonomy. He has operated underwater robots at naval bases from the United States to Europe and participated in field experiments ranging from imaging benthic communities in Antarctica to discovering centuries old shipwrecks in the Caribbean. Jeff has led the Asymmetric Propulsion development effort over the past several years at WHOI.
Rusty brings more than 30 years of business leadership experience within the federal government and government contractors to ARMADA. He is a successful entrepreneur and adept at forming expert teams, growing high-tech enterprises, and building profitable businesses.
Robin is a mechanical engineer with over a decade of experience at WHOI designing and deploying reliable oceanographic systems. He has extensive field experience and has accumulated over a year of time at sea between deep ocean searches, geophysical and archeological surveys, and other UUV operations supporting the United States Navy.
